Note: We will require a signature for delivery at our discretion. If an order's shipping address differs from the billing address, the shipping costs are excessive, or the order total is high, you can expect to have to sign for receipt. UPS will attempt three deliveries, or hold shipments at their local distribution center if you need to make other arrangements.
Additionally, we offer select items we do not maintain in our current warehouse inventory. Those items usually ship from two to five business days after your order. You will be contacted directly if longer lead times are in effect. We do our best to make sure that our catalog contains currently available merchandise.

If you are willing to cover the shipping costs, we will ship items expedited. Be aware that most of our products are large and heavy, and expedited shipping can approach the cost of the item itself.

Please note that we do not ship outside of the continental 48 United States at this time due to prior experience. We apologize in advance, but this is currently our policy.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. We only bill your credit card for merchandise when it is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
BikeGuys.com stands behind our merchandise. If you need to return an item, please return the item in the original packaging by the parcel carrier of your choice. Make sure you retain tracking information. Please include a copy of your original receipt with all returns.
Most unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for refund or credit. Items which received free shipping will have our original shipping costs deducted from the return. Closeouts, opened items, clothing, and some electronics may not be returned, please call us for details.
Returns more than 30 days after original purchase will not be accepted.
If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, or mis-shipped items please contact us immediately for remediation.
Please note that certain closeout and special order items carry a restocking fee if returned (please see item page for details).
Refused delivery: We treat refused packages as returns. Your refund will have the return shipping charges deducted.
Please keep a copy of all information until you have received your refund or replacement item(s).
